EasyRoute 5.9 is updated for iOS 26. This means not only using Liquid Glass, but also taking advantage of the newly designed toolbars and navigation, which are far less intrusive and place a stronger focus on the content.

Updated Route List Too!
The funny thing is, this update actually started with the route list and as I was finishing it up, the release of iOS 26 was getting closer so I started tinkering with it and ended up embracing it. The overall visual upgrade actually aligned nicely with what I wanted to do with the route list which was give it a modern facelift. Again, easier to show than describe:


The old route list is a relic from the earliest versions of EasyRoute which has now been on the App Store for 12 years now! Here’a a little taste of it from long ago alongside the last version:
